Will Peter ask for my seed phrase or password?
No. Peter never needs your seed phrase, private key, exchange password or 2FA recovery code, and will never ask you to send or type them anywhere he can see them.
Is Peter a financial adviser?
No. Peter provides technical cryptocurrency support — help with wallets, transactions, accounts and security. He doesn't give financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and won't tell you what to buy, sell or invest in.
Can Peter recover cryptocurrency I've sent to a scammer?
No one legitimate can guarantee that, and Peter won't claim otherwise. What he can do is help you understand what happened, secure your accounts and devices, and work out the right people to contact.
Do I need to be in Brisbane?
No. Peter can visit you in person across Brisbane, or help remotely by screen share or phone anywhere in Australia.
How much does it cost?
